There are many factors at play when making career decisions. My career profile is a set of nine activities based on the Career Interest Test (CIT) that help people to develop self-knowledge for career decision-making. The CIT has been mapped to Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) data and underpins the movement around myfuture. Completing the activities can assist with career exploration and navigation in myfuture. In this webinar, myfuture’s Careers Manager, Michelle Maes, will explain the background of the CIT and the purpose of the nine activities.
