Pathways

At Wangaratta High School we offer a range of services for students and parents to gain information and advice about course selections, work experience, school based apprenticeships and traineeships, VCE and VCAL programs, University applications, University and TAFE courses, pathways into University courses and employment opportunities.

Career Practitioner

Wangaratta High School has a dedicated and trained career practitioner to support all our students to determine their individual pathways.

My Career Insights

Wangaratta High School facilitates the My Career Insights program for all Year 9 students. Students are given the opportunity to discuss their results from a series of questionnaires and quizzes with a trained Careers Consultant in a 30 minute interview.

My Career Insights helps students discover, develop and drive their career planning. It is a unique opportunity for students to learn more about their strengths and abilities, while exploring potential career options – giving them the confidence to start taking control of their future.
