Wangaratta High School has a compulsory uniform to:

  1. Promote a positive image of the school and its students in the community.

  2. Create a sense of collective and individual pride in students and their identification with the school.

  3. Ensure individual student and group safety.

  4. Prevent discrimination and remove class or sub-group stigma, allowing students to concentrate on their learning.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines require footwear to be strong leather shoes or boots.


All uniform is identified with a school logo and is available from Worklocker Wangaratta, located at 118-120 Murphy Street, Wangaratta 3677.
